The sample images contained in the live demos of our themes are non included in the sample data, since they belong to other source (we have license for use for demo site).

In order to avoid breaking the copyright, once you install the sample data these images are replaced by grey or pixelated placeholders.

These are not bugs, you simply need to upload your own images.
